Applying at Sahara:
Your application will be reviewed thoroughly by HR department. If your application matches the criterion listed by us against the position applied for then we will get back to you within few days of receipt of your application
First Round:
Initial interview will be conducted by the HR & Line manager where the main focus will be on the candidate’s personal skills & capabilities. Once the process is over, they will give you feedback as soon as possible.
Second Round:
Second or the next round of interview will be conducted by a panel made up of HR manager, Line manager & the Division manager. The focus of the interview will be on the specific skills & capabilities as required for the position.
Third or Final round:
The final hiring decision will be made by the panel. If the panel requires candidate to go through further round of interviews then candidate will be duly notified. The final result of the process will be intimated by HR department as soon as possible.
Joining Sahara India Pariwar:
Offers will be made to candidates upon successful completion of the entire recruitment process. As per the company policy, joining of the candidate will depend on successful verification of following:
